I feel poor as foook when I’m in Dubai.

me in Dubai feeling poor
The amount of money on display here is absurd.
Every 2nd car is a Lexus, every 5th a Porsche, and every 10th a Lambo.
Supercars aren’t even a flex. There’s too many of ‘em.
High-rollers must instead differentiate through the purchase of multi-million-dollar license plates.

This license plate was purchased for $14.3 million USD.
Living amongst such wealth can make you feel shitty.
You’re tempted to “write off” why these folks have so much cash...
“Maybe they got lucky. Prob family money or bought crypto early.”
“Maybe they're in a more lucrative line of business… a better opportunity vehicle.”
“Maybe they're way smarter than me. They have more processing power.”
Any of the above can be true.
Does any of it matter? No.
What does matter is how you respond in environments where you feel shitty.
I’ll be honest; I haven’t been putting myself in enough situations where I feel shitty.
I’ve been chilling in Colombia where you feel comparatively wealthy.
It feels nice, but it can lead to complacency.
That’s why trips like this are good.
Properly responding to feeling shitty is a skill. It must be exercised like any muscle.
I got a good workout on this trip.
I felt bad for the first few days but then got motivated.
Feeling inferior sobers you up.
From feelings of worthlessness flow a renewed sense of duty and purpose.
As a result, I've been spending this time in Dubai getting quiet.
I’ve been meditating a lot to get my mind nice and clean.
I’m making 2025 war plans while listening to this sci-fi ambient track non-stop.
December, by the way, is a great month to do this type of thing.
Don’t wait until Dec 31st to make plans. Start now. Take it slow.
Use these first few weeks to reflect and get clear.
You should then formally sit down and plan everything out.
I’ve been doing this for the past 6 years and have the process dialed in.
This reminds me, would you want help planning out your 2025?
If there’s enough interest, I’ll host a free live Zoom call for all my subscribers.
On this call, I'll go over my entire 2025 planning + execution system.
I'll also share the accompanying 2025 Notion & Google Sheet templates.
» If that would interest you, reply “IN” to this email.
If there’s enough response, I’ll do it sometime during the week of Dec 16th.
Wishing you a peaceful and reflective December. 🎄

P.S. If you skimmed the email…
I was feeling shitty in Dubai which turned into motivation and excitement for 2025. I’m now considering doing a group Zoom where I’ll share my 2025 New Year's planning process. It's a complete system with accompanying Notion & Google Sheet templates. Reply “IN” if that would interest you.

Cool things I found during my weekly internet stroll.
We can now store data in diamonds with a density of 1.85 terabytes per cubic centimeter. Diamond-storage USB for DJ’s would be the ultimate flex. 😂
Alex Hormozi just casually dropped an entire free course on business scaling. Going through it now it’s insane.
Ryan Deiss breaks down his entire $200M business operating system. Watch if your biz is doing over $20K/m.
New gold-based cancer drug is up to 27 times more potent than chemo. We live in amazing times.

Haven’t heard #4 before and it’s got me thinking a lot.

Giving me Inception vibes. A Minnesota woman captured this cloud formation that looks like the ocean. Completely unedited photo.
